About Lindsay (she/her)
Lindsay French is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who combines deep personal exploration
with humour in her therapy sessions. She works both virtually and out of Collingwood doing therapy sessions.
As a queer and neurodivergent individual, she understands how it can feel to be an outsider. This is why she believes in providing inclusive therapeutic care. Lindsay knows the most effective therapy is done when a client feels connected, safe, and affirmed by their counsellor. Through her experience as a youth mentor and leader, she decided to work in the mental health profession.
Lindsay shows up authentically in her sessions to help clients achieve their goals. She understands the unique challenges each of her clients face, and uses evidence-based therapy techniques to encourage their growth.
