Hi, I'm Lindsay (she/her).

I'm a Psychotherapist (qualifying), with a passion

for helping people who feel too "spicy" for this world.

 

As a queer, and neurodivergent individual, I understand how it feels to be an outsider. This is why I believe in providing affirming and inclusive therapeutic care. Inclusive care means offering creative solutions to clients. This creativity led me to gain my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, as well as my 95hr Trauma Focused Yoga training. I believe in using the body in therapy to build deep healing.

 

With ten years of experience in the the helping field, I have

worked with many individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Together we can unravel the overwhelming thoughts you're experiencing.

How does
it work?

Step 1: Consultation Call

Book a free 15-minute consultation call with me to talk about your therapy goals. While this is a scary step, it is the first to find your healing. Together we will compassionately explore your concerns, with a healthy dose of humour along the way!

Step 2: Individual Therapy Sessions

During our 50-minute sessions we will explore your mental health concerns. Our sessions will balance deep personal exploration with humour, and creative solutions. Together we can create a safe space for you to pause, take a breath, and move forward with clarity.

I offer sliding scale fees to ensure equal access to affordable therapy for all my clients. A 50-minute session varies from $85 - $115 dollars per hour +HST.
